Fosters want to blog?

Hello all fosters!

If you would like to blog about your critter, just send me an email and I will get you set up so you can blog about your critter. If you are not comfortable blogging, send us info and we will blog it for you. Either way lets get some information out there about our animals!

Introducing...the Biscuit-nator!!!

He's cute, he's cuddly, he's playful...this kitten has it all! He even has extra toes! It's going to be hard to let Biscuit go when the time comes.

Biscuit has actually been with us for about 4 weeks now, but came into ARC pretty sick. The poor guy had a runny nose, runny eyes...he just hasn't been very photogenic until now. I think he's made up for lost time, though...isn't he adorable!

It's been quite an experience having a kitten in the house again! I can't remember the last time we had such a little kitten running around. We have to do the "kitten shuffle", lest we find ourselves stepping all over him, as he flies through the house, through our legs in search of some invisible thing. Moving around the bedroom is always an adventure, because you never know when your toes will be assaulted by the little ninja under bed!

He's very snuggly, and sleeps with us every night under the covers. I think he gets cold and likes the body heat. He settles in and purrs and purrs and purrs until he drifts off to sleep.

When he first came to us, we named him Biscuit because he constantly kneaded whatever he was on...your leg, the desk, the washer while we were giving him medicine. I've come to the conclusion that it was like a security blanket to him, because he doesn't do it as often. Now, he only seems to do it when he's settling into bed.

He's a lot of fun to have around and I know that whoever his new family is, they will have as much fun as we do playing with him and watching his antics!
